Sitting too long make Low Back Pain

Although your expensive chair, comfortable and ergonomic, but these seats can be bad for your back if you get used to sitting all day without pause.
Sitting position not only reduces blood circulation to the spinal disc or pads, but the seat also provides 30 percent greater pressure on the spine than when we stand or walk.
Therefore, if the job requires you more to sit, stretch and walk every hour.
Whatever type of seat you, make sure your head in an upright position, not bent when reading or typing. Avoid using a pillow or a spine supporter. According to Heidi Prather, rehabilitation specialist and orthopedic surgeon, said the use of such advocates do not make a difference in pain unless placed in the correct position that is below the spine.
Massage therapy or drug use can indeed relieve pain but if the source of the pain is not repaired, the pain will keep coming back. Source: Health
