Stress often happen to people today, due to higher demand from the workplace or other demands of our surroundings.
If all kinds of demands that can not be managed properly, stress easily arise. How do we manage stress tips so that you avoid the attack of stress?
1. Enough sleep
Sleep deprivation is one of the biggest reasons a person infected with the stress. Occasionally you may be late, but do not compensate for lack of continuity and that your sleep.
