Overcome Stress with Your Dog

One of the best ways to cope with stress is to spend time with your dog.

That man's best friend, claims a report as reported by the Telegraph, Tuesday (3 / 8), is a tool that is more effective in calming the mind rather than sitting watching television or open a clogged bottle of wine. The streets with dogs also become a more effective means to spend quality time with family rather than eat or even on vacation.

The finding was based on a survey conducted Mindlab International. Based on the survey, 55 percent of people are more relaxed after spending time with their pets, 44 percent to less worry anymore about jobs and finances. A quarter of respondents described, their dogs as best friends, while one in six women said they trusted their innermost thoughts during joint pet. Research is targeting the 1000 dog owners. Dr David Lewis, a psychologist at Mindlab, said, "Interacting with the dog is an effective stress reduction. This is increasing the sense of satisfied and relaxed." http://internasional.kompas.com
