Tips on choosing wooden cutlery

Choose dishes made from old wood, whole and good quality. Equipment used to eat this can hold for long. Avoid equipment coated with paint or varnish, especially because it is not safe for food and will react if exposed to hot temperatures. Choose
a planed smooth material and clean without any material spreads. After use, wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Store in a dry place to avoid moldy and more durable. Odilia Winneke - detikFood
