Natural way is more appropriate. Do not get too strict diet because even become malnourished and causes premature skin aging with wrinkles prematurely.

The main trick is to have the right mindset that if you want to slim and healthy, but also have beautiful skin. The first step is to become an active person; many moves, diligently doing their daily work. Though seemingly mild, but can burn more calories.
