How To Fit in the Office


Day of work in the office to make the body feel tired. It is this that you feel? If so, just do light exercise that makes the body fresh.
More often on foot

Use a stability ball in office
If possible, bring your own stability ball to the office. Use this ball as a substitute for a chair at your desk. Sitting on the ball for a few hours a day to train the body's equilibrium. In addition, sitting on the ball while working to train abdominal muscle strength. When seated, you are relying on the abdominal and back muscles to make sure you sit straight and not falling.
Stretch
Whenever feel tired or sleepy while working, do the stretching. Stand up, and do stretching movements. This method is not merely restore the stamina, but also gives time to relax relieve stress during the workday.
Kegel exercises while working
Doing Kegel exercises, by tightening the buttocks or the like to hold urination, can be done anytime. Including the time was sitting at the computer. This sport is very simple, practical and easy to do anywhere.

Make a sports team in the office
Invite your colleagues to make a team sport. Select the type of sport to be mutually agreed. Basketball, aerobics, Pilates, whatever type of exercise, engage in joint co-workers would be more fun. Find a coach, and set training schedule after office hours.
